Content & Takedown Policy

1. Overview
PostMite is a social media assistant that helps users generate and schedule content. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or publish through PostMite.

If you believe that content created or posted via PostMite infringes your copyright or other rights, you can request its removal by following the steps below.

2. Reporting Infringing Content
To help us review and act on a claim efficiently, your takedown request should include:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the original work or material you believe is being infringed
• A description of the infringing content and, if possible, where it appeared (such as a link or screenshot from a social media platform)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner (or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf)

3. How We Respond
When we receive a valid content complaint or takedown request, we may:

• Review the request and the referenced content
• Temporarily disable access to the content or remove it from our systems
• Notify the user whose content is implicated, when appropriate
• In serious or repeated cases, suspend or terminate the user’s PostMite account

For content that has already been published to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), you may also need to submit a report directly to those platforms under their own policies.

4. Abuse of the Takedown Process
Submitting false or bad-faith claims can lead to account suspension or other action. Do not use the takedown process to target content you simply dislike or disagree with.

We reserve the right to reject incomplete, unclear, or abusive requests at our discretion.
